Terms and Conditions – Mao Nomad
1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of and purchases made through www.maonomad.com.
By placing an order or booking a workshop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Where We Ship
We ship to Portugal, Spain, and selected European countries. At the moment, we do not ship to islands.
If you prefer delivery to an INPOST pickup point, please contact us before placing your order at infomaonomad@gmail.com.
3. About Our Products
Mao Nomad works with handmade pieces and artisanal processes. This means each piece is unique and slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
4. How to Order
Select your product, complete the payment, and you will receive an order confirmation by email. In exceptional cases (technical errors, out-of-stock items, etc.), we may need to cancel an order. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Mao Nomad does not store your card details.
6. Shipping
Orders are shipped via CTT. Estimated delivery times:
- Portugal and Spain: 4 to 7 business days
- Rest of Europe: up to 14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on this website. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of misuse of the website.
8. Workshops
Our workshops require a minimum number of participants.
Cancellation by Mao Nomad: If the minimum is not reached, the workshop may be cancelled. You will be notified at least 3 days in advance and may choose between a full refund or an alternative date.
Cancellation by the customer: Subject to our Exchanges and Returns policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including designs, illustrations, texts, and images — is the property of Mao Nomad and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
10. Liability
Mao Nomad is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the website or service interruptions due to external technical issues. For further details, please refer to our Legal Notice.
11. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
