Returns, Exchanges & Workshops Policy – Maonomad

1. General Information

All purchases made through www.maonomad.com are subject to Portuguese law.

Maonomad offers handmade products and in-person workshops, therefore specific conditions apply.

3. General Conditions

To be eligible for any claim:

* The product must be unused
* In its original condition
* In its original packaging (when possible)

4. Non-returnable Products

Paintings (original or commissioned work)

* No exchanges or returns are accepted
* Except in case of defect or damage

Due to the handmade nature of the products:

* Variations in color, texture, and finish may occur
* These variations are not considered defects

Painting Kits

* No exchanges or returns are accepted
* Except in case of defect or missing materials

5. Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective:

* You must notify us within **14 days of delivery**
* Proof (photos) must be provided via email

If the issue is confirmed, Maonomad will offer:

* A replacement
* Or a refund (if replacement is not possible)

6.Shipping

Orders are shipped via CTT.

After placing an order, you will receive:

* Order confirmation
* Shipping tracking information

Maonomad is not responsible for:

* Delays caused by the shipping provider
* Incorrect information provided by the customer

7. Workshops

By booking a workshop, you agree to the following terms:

Cancellations

* Cancellations must be made at least **8 calendar days before** the workshop date
* No refunds will be issued
* Instead, a **voucher** will be provided for the amount paid

Voucher Conditions

The voucher:

* Can be used for another workshop or for products on the website
* Can also be used as a **gift voucher**
* Is valid for **1 year from the date of purchase**

No-show

* If you do not attend the workshop and did not cancel within the stated period, **no compensation will be provided**

8. Return Costs

Only in the case of defective products:

* Maonomad will cover the solution (replacement or refund)

No returns are accepted in other cases.
